What the bench is building
Builds in progress, finished pieces, and the problems in between.
The board was too quiet, so we built something

Commission a custom build without sending money into the dark.
Find a builder, agree the stages, pay for the job once. We release each stage only when you have approved it.
Your money moves when the work does
Every stage is a part still attached to the runner. It comes free when you say it does, and not before.
- Kit releasedat cost
Kit sourced and photographed
Bought at cost and photographed sealed. It comes free on its own, and the build cannot start until you accept it.
- 01 released
Assembled, seams primed
Photographed from every angle. Auto-approved after seven days of silence.
- 02 awaiting you
Base coats, colour signed off
Still attached. Approve it and this part comes free, reject it and nothing moves.
- 03 held
Weathering, decals, delivery
Locked until 02 is approved. The builder cannot reach it.
You accept the plan first
The builder proposes the stages. Nothing is paid until you agree to them.
You pay once
The full amount sits in escrow. The builder cannot touch it until a stage is signed off.
You see the work
Every stage arrives with photographs before you are asked to approve anything.
We arbitrate if it goes wrong
Either side opens a dispute. We can split a stage or order a rework.
What you can commission
Assembly
Snap-fit or cemented, nub-free, panel lined. Your kit or theirs.
Painting
Airbrush, custom schemes, colour matching from reference.
Weathering
Chipping, washes, exhaust staining, battle damage.
LED and dioramas
Lighting installs, bases, scenic groundwork, display cases.
Scratch and kitbash
Resin parts, conversions, original mechanical design.
Unassembled kits
In-print and out-of-production kits, shipped direct from sellers.
Learn, share, collect, or get paid to build
One account does all of it. The Kommunity is open, so following the builders whose work you like means watching how they actually got there. Share your own process, buy a kit or somebody's finished build, or start taking commissions and let the hobby pay for itself. You set the milestones and the prices, funds are confirmed before you cut a single nub, and each stage pays out as soon as it is approved.
