Payment held in escrow until you approve
Your money moves when the work does
Four steps, no surprises. Nothing reaches the builder before you have seen what you paid for.
01
Agree the stages
The builder proposes the stages and what each one delivers. Nothing is paid until you accept the plan.
02
Pay once, held safe
You pay the full amount up front. It sits in escrow. The builder cannot touch it until a stage is signed off.
03
See the work, then release
Every stage arrives with photos. Approve it and that slice is released. Reject it and the money stays put.
04
Disagree? We arbitrate
If it goes wrong, either side opens a dispute. We read the evidence and can split the stage or order a rework.
